1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 27bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://27bd.club ("the Site"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Site in any capacity, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If it is determined that a player has registered while under the age of 18, their account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made will be returned via the original payment method where technically possible. Winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 27bd's products — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games — you must create a single, personal player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and your preferred payment method (bKash number, Nagad number, or debit card details).

One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active account with 27bd at any given time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected:

• All accounts associated with that individual will be suspended pending investigation.
• Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.
• Winnings generated using bonus funds across duplicate accounts may be voided.
• In cases of deliberate abuse, the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes selecting a strong, unique password, not sharing your login details with any other person, and not accessing your 27bd account from shared or public devices without taking appropriate precautions. 27bd is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

27bd may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 27bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa debit card, and Mastercard debit card.

4.1 — Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are processed within approximately 60 seconds of confirmation under normal operating conditions.
• Deposits made via debit card may take up to 5 minutes to reflect in your account balance depending on card network processing times.
• 27bd does not charge deposit fees on the platform side. Your mobile banking provider or card-issuing bank may charge their own fees — 27bd has no control over these.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will be reversed.

4.2 — Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed by the 27bd finance team within 24 hours of the request being submitted under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless you contact support in advance to arrange an alternative.
• 27bd may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to any third-party account. The withdrawal recipient must be the same individual registered on the 27bd account.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily limits may apply and will be communicated to players on request.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied in full.

4.3 — Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions — including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, misrepresentation of transaction origin, or raising unauthorised chargebacks on legitimate deposits — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate legal and financial authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• 27bd's Right to Amend: 27bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited and being actively wagered by players at the time of such a change.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification being complete.

Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure: 27bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion with other players.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
